Weekend Notes

Good Monday Morning! This is the update for weekend events at our house. Our cats are suffering from fleas so that took up quite a bit of our weekend, between the trips to Hastings for the treatment stuff for the cats, the house, and preventive measures for the cats. We bombed the house yesterday and went to Hastings for another flea collar and more of the drops that get put on the necks of the cats and some powder to treat the carpets, and places the cats lay. The poor cats were traumatized by having to have another bath, their second in a month. I don't know who felt worse, Chris having to bathe them or the cats for having to get bathed. Friday night, we took Mina's friend Taylor and Mina to the Cherry Poppin' Daddies concert and we all really enjoyed it. The concert was awesome and a lovely breeze picked up about the time we were miserable from walking around in the heat. The combo of the shade and breeze and music made for a wonderful evening. I love to go to things like that and people watch. FUN! Saturday, Chris and I went and did our shopping and Mina spent the afternoon at Grandma and Grandpa's since she wasn't feeling good (sinus infection again) and was tired from two days of fun with Taylor. I finished the book I was reading this morning, and that pretty much consumed the weekend also so not much happening with the beading. I have a new bracelet started so hopefully I can get some new pics up soon! Have a great day!
