Well, we returned home late last night from Bassett, Nebraska and the Sandhills Ranch Expo. The darling daughter drove most of the way home as she spent most of the day on Thursday sleeping in her nest under our display table while Steph talked with our customers and I worked at the torch. It was a successful show for us and the weather in northern Nebraska was much nicer than what waited for us in the southern part of the state. I would like to say "Thank you" to all of our customers. We appreciate your business.
Steph took the three and a half hour drive to Bassett on Tuesday as time to sit still for a bit and create some new pieces with some of my work. During the show Wednesday and Thursday, I had my torch set up and was doing marble making demonstrations off and on as time and customers permitted. I took several orders for a new custom style marble that I started making especially for this show (pictures to follow in a later blog post because they are still in the creation phase). So without further ado, here are some pictures.

All in all, the Sandhills Ranch Expo was a great show for us for the second year. Thank you again to everyone who stopped by. And a big thank you to Shareen for arranging things so I had propane and oxygen for my torch.
